- Since Valentine’s Day falls on a Sunday this year, we will exchange cards on Thursday. Please be sure your child has a card for everyone in 4b - we have 32 kids in our homeroom.
- No hot lunch this week
- No School on Friday, February 12 and Monday, February 15 (President’s Day)
Religion: We will finish up chapter 6 and take the test on Wednesday. The bible verse is Psalm 119:33. Also, last week we began studying I Corinthians 13: 4-7. These verses give us the perfect definition of love. I have been encouraging my students to think about and begin writing how they can apply this bible verse to their own life.
Reading: READ! READ! READ! Reading minutes are due Friday, February 19. Also, the due date for the third quarter book project has been changed to Friday, February 26.
English: We will continue studying prepositions and practicing the song.
Spelling: A copy of this week’s spelling list went home on Thursday; test and homework are due Thursday, February 11.
1. Write a sentence for the first sixteen words on the spelling list. (do not need to write a sentence for the frequently misspelled words)
