Thursday: No hot lunch! Distributing Valentines will take place today as the holiday falls on Sunday this year. No party! Students may pass out cards only if they have cards for all 4A students.
Friday: No school! Have FUN!!

RELIGION: Continue Chapter 7 becoming familiar with intercessory prayer. Take Ch. 7 test Wednesday. Joy Dooley will discuss “Yes You Can Say No” (Diocese of Joliet - Safe Environment Program- 30 minutes) Thursday. If time, present “Wanted Saint” posters.

SOCIAL STUDIES: Complete mini-map unit reinforcing map reading skills. Continue Ch. 7 activities about the Midwest economy, early history, and pioneer travel (reader’s theater).

SCIENCE: Begin endangered animals research study. Students drawn an animal “out of a hat” Monday and gather research. Specific guidelines will be distributed in class. Research, note cards and pocket folder are due Thursday (very important day) as students learn how to set-up cards and begin research notes. This is an in-class project only!!
