5A - Week of January 25 - 29

Sunday, January 31: Please join us for 11:30 mass and open house afterwards to kick off Catholic Schools Week.
Spelling: This week we will cover Unit 18 words. The test will be on Thursday.
9:30 Math: Students will have their first test of chapter 9 on factors on Wednesday. A study note will be sent home on Monday. Later in the week students will begin to study multiples.
10:30 Math: Students will finish learning how to subtract fractions and mixed numbers with unlike denominators this week. Their chapter 10 test will be on Friday.
Science: Monday we will have Hands on Science. Thank you to all the parents who volunteer their time and energy to make it fun and exciting for the students. Students will continue and finish their dodecahedron solar system project. These projects will be on display for open house on Sunday.
