Blessings to all of you in the new year.

Eighth—We are nearing the end of The Adventures of Tom Sawyer.  Discipline, honesty, humor, obligations and the importance of family life all have been discussed. “You’ll never regret doing the right thing”.

Seventh—The Diary of Anne Frank has been an eye opener for many of us, a time in history to reflect on our faith and freedoms.  With the death of Miep Gies last Monday, it brings another closure to those living in the annex.  The final test will be on 1-20.  Mr. Wind will present his power point to the classes on 1-21—a day to remember.

Sixth—We have started our first novel, Where The Red Fern Grows by Wilson Rawls.  A study guide, notebook and novel are required for class.
