How lucky we are to have a Smart Board in 2A. It was installed over the break. We have been having fun learning how to use it. What an awesome tool for teaching and learning. You will be able to experience it first hand at the Open House on January 31 after the 11:30 Mass.
The timelines are great. The children are having fun sharing them. I hope you enjoyed creating them with your child.
We are gearing up for Catholic School’s Week which kicks off with a family Mass at 11:30 on Sunday January 31. Following the Mass there will be an Open House at school. Come join in the celebration of Mass and then visit our classroom and see what we have been up to.
Congratulations to all the second graders on receiving the sacrament of Reconciliation. Thank you for preparing them so well for it. It was a special time for them and they had genuine positive feelings that they shared about their experience.
The Book Fair will be held during Catholic School’s Week in the library. Thus, we will not be sending home a book club order for this month. Please visit the Book Fair at school.
