Ms. Weber’s Weekly Update: Jan.4th-8th

Although we are headed in a wonderful two break, we will be busy with activities as soon as we return. Monday starts dance for all 7th and 8th grade students. Tuesday unit 9 vocabulary is due for 7th graders. Also, your second literature log is due the 13th of January. In other class news please read below:
7th Eng. Chap. 19 test will be on Tuesday
7th Lit. We will continue to read the Diary of Anne Frank. We will start ACT II. Your second project is due on Tuesday.
8th Eng. We will continue with chap. 23 and a quiz will be given on Thursday.
8th Lit. We will continue to read Tom Sawyer. Chap. 21 study guide and vocab are due on Monday when we return. Chap. 22 study guide and vocab will be due on Tuesday. Wednesday you will have a quiz over chapters 19-22. Thursday your second project is due along with chap. 23 study guide and vocab. Don’t forget I want top knotch quality work!
6th Eng. We will be starting chap. 13 in your grammar books
6th Lit. We will read another short story and then the following week we will be starting Where the Red Fern Grows. There will be a quiz on Thursday over the short story.
