Mrs. Svitak Week of Dec. 7 - 11
Published by Mrs. Svitak (8C) December 5th, 2009 in Announcements. As we begin the second week of Advent, we focus our prayer on preparing ourselves for the birth our our Lord. We begin each day with a morning Advent prayer and end with an evening Advent prayer. Both of these prayers focus on asking God’s help to keep us faithful to Him and help us be witnesses of His justice, mercy and peace as we prepare the way for Christ our Lord.
On Tuesday, we will celebrate the Feast of the Immaculate Conception with an all school mass at 10:00.

Mr. Brown, Mr. Green, and Mr. Black met for lunch. One man wore a brown tie, one a green tie, and one a black tie. “Have you noticed,” said the man with a green tie, “that although our ties have colors that match our names, not one of us is wearing a tie that matches his own name?” “By golly, your’re right!” exclaimed Mr. Brown. What color tie was each man wearing?
