Ms. Weber’s Update - Aug. 31-Sep. 4th

I hope everyone had a restful and relaxing weekend and everyone was able to get outside. There is always a lot of things going on in school. I hope all of our athletes did well this weekend. Good luck this season! Our wrapping paper fundraiser will begin Tuesday Sept. 2nd. There will be plenty of prizes throughout the sale too. We would also appreciate more boxes of kleenex and paper towels. Thank you so much for those who have donated. Don’t forget to have me sign your service hours sheet. Remember you get 2 service hours for bringing in a box of paper towels and kleenex. Also, we do not have school next Monday because of Labor Day. Finally, all of my English classes will be taking a survey for the dioceses on Thursday. In other class news please see below.
7th Eng, We are going to continue with subject/verb agreement. There will be a quiz next week.
7th Lit. We will continue with Charles and there is a quiz on Tuesday.
8th Eng. We are working on subject/verb agreement and there will be a quiz sometime next week
8th Lit. We will be finishing off our story and a quiz will be tomorrow. On Wednesday we will start a new story.
6th Eng. We will continue to work with sentence structure and a quiz will be given next week.
6th Lit. We will be starting our first story called Amigo Brothers and a quiz will be given Thursday.
