Ms. Weber’s update: Week of 6/1-6/5
Published by Ms. Weber (7C) May 29th, 2009 in Announcements.We have finally reached the last week of school! I know all of our students cannot wait for summer vacation. They are very excited. We will be wrapping things up this week but we will continue to work. All books will be collected and if a student has lost their book or cannot find it they will be charged. Tuesday 7th grade has their last vocab test over unit 15. Books will be collected. Wednesday our 8th graders will be graduating. Congratulations! Friday is our last full day of school. We will be walking to the park. If the weather is bad we will have alternatives plans. In other class news please read below:
7th Eng. Quiz Tuesday over punctuation. Books will be collected on Thursday.
7th Lit. Monday is The Giver test and the books will be collected. Tuesday the lit. books will be collected so make sure you have them with you.
8th Eng. and 8th Lit. Monday there is graduation practice if there is no funeral. Tuesday we will be doing an activity in class and English books will be collected.
6th Eng. There is a quiz on Tuesday over verbs. We will then continue with verbs. Thursday the books will be collected.
6th Lit. We are continuing with our children’s books and using our descriptive words for an activity later in the week. Books will be collected on Monday.
I hope everyone has had a wonderful year. It has been a pleasure teaching you. You have made my first year so welcoming and cannot wait for next year. Have a great summer vacation and enjoy some much needed rest and relaxation. Have fun!
