FOLLOWING THIS MASS THERE WILL BE A SHORT PRACTICE IN THE GYM IN WHICH THE CANDIDATES WILL LINE UP AND PROCEED INTO CHURCH. SPONSORS ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND, IF THEY LIVE IN THE AREA, OR, A PARENT MAY STAND IN FOR THE PRACTICE SESSION.

Confirmation Service Project:
By next Friday, May 8, all students being confirmed are asked to bring in new school supplies that will be donated to a parochial school in the Joliet area. Each student is asked to earn the money to purchase items that students could use next fall when they return to school. Students are asked to do the actual shopping for items that would help students who don’t have the funds to purchase school supplies. Notebook paper, folders, pens, pencils, crayons, rulers, markers, backpacks, index cards, etc.; would be much appreciated.
Containers will be located in Mr. Fedinec’s and Mr. Gormley’s room beginning next Monday. Students bringing in items need to show Mr. Fedinec and Mr. Gormley before placing items in the containers.
Suggested donations should be in the $5.00 to $10.00 range. Last year over $800.00 of school supplies were distributed to St. Patrick’s School in Joliet. The current pastor is Fr. Pete Jankowski who was an assistant priest at three years ago
