Ms. Weber’s Update: Week of 4/6-4/9
Published by Ms. Weber (7C) March 31st, 2009 in Announcements.Welcome back! I hope everyone had a wonderful spring break! Everyone has been working so hard you all deserved some time off. As we head into the final stretch of the school year we still have plenty of work we need to accomplish. Stations is in the final two days. Monday, in the afternoon only, 7th and 8th grade will have their final rehearsal. On Tuesday their will be no vocabulary in the afternoon for 7th and I will not see the 8th grade for class. We will resume on Wednesday. To top off the week we have no school on Friday in observance of Good Friday. In other class news please read below:
7th Eng. We are going to resume in our books and a quiz over material discussed will be given on Thursday.
7th Lit. We will continue with our poetry unit and a new poem will be discussed and a quiz will be on Thursday.
8th Eng. We will continue work on our books and we will begin a new chapter.
8th Lit. A short quiz will be on Monday over chap.6. The final for The Pearl will be on Thursday.
6th Eng. We will resume in our books this week. No quiz
6th. Lit. We will continue reading Bearstone. A few informal, short quizzes will be given throughout the week.
Good luck to everyone this week as we are now in the final stretch of the school year. Study hard and remember to turn in assignments on time. Good luck to all those involved in stations.
