(We have a sports page for game events. i.e game times - practice times - scores….anything you want your players and parents to know…..) Just send the info, ready to be cut and pasted, to me at connell@sjalisle.org by 1:00 p.m. on any Tuesday for the Wed envelope or send it anytime for just an entry on the blog or sports page. If you have info that you want out there - here’s the place. (We don’t print student names or pictures ((of their faces)) for safety reasons.)———-
A big thank you goes out to Jim Stachura of Naperville Brick Paving Co.Inc. 1215 Smith rd. Lisle , IL 60532 who has agreed to ferry all of our techno recycling (dead computers & monitors and the like) over to Benedictine University on March 28th for their “Sustainable Saturday” recycling event. Thank you Mr. Stachura!!!

ALL PARISH RUMMAGE SALE!
Our parish will celebrate the Feast of St. Joan of Arc by hosting a rummage sale to raise money for the “Adopt-a-Student” Program. In addition to the Rummage Sale, Father Gabriel is planning a solemn Mass in honor of our patron saint.
The sale will be the weekend of the feast, May 30-31st. At this time we are asking that all families begin gathering your gently used clothing and household items that you no longer have use for.
We, as a parish, feel that this is something that we can do to help our community as well as our families in need of assistance.
This is also a great opportunity for junior high students to earn service hours.
Additional information including collection dates and times will follow.
