Junior High Literature—Mrs. Sendlak

Currently students are presenting essays dealing with the 1930’s. They must state an interesting or impacting fact learned during this process. They have done a wonderful job!
Our next novel will be The Pearl by John Steinbeck.
Seventh Grade - We are actively reading The Call of the Wild—-Personification!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sixth Grade- In the novel The Pony there are four separate stories involving the main characters in each. This has been a great opportunity to reinforce inferences—not always the easiest task. One must “think” —details are easier to decipher.
