St. Joan of Arc School

Catholic Schools Week went very well.  We ended the week with an all school Mass, which was lovely.  Even our pre-schoolers attended and were very well behaved.

This week we begin our unit on Dance.  3rd through 8th grades will learn square dancing, while 1st and 2nd grades will learn dances which will combine listening skills, coordination and visual skills.

Kindergarten will begin a two week unit involving the ropes.  We will work on upper body strength this week, and swinging and climbing next week.  We may possibly have a third week with the ropes if the children wish to.
