Welcome from Father Gabriel
Published by Father Gabriel August 26th, 2008 in Announcements.It is my privilege, as the recently appointed pastor of St. Joan of Arc parish, to greet all of you at the beginning of this new academic year. As a product of Catholic education, I am especially grateful to be the pastor of a parish that has an outstanding elementary school wherein the values of our faith are both taught and lived. I am deeply convinced that such an educational enterprise is reciprocal. The school benefits from the parish, and the parish derives great blessing form the school.
I would like to thank Sister Carolyn for the gracious welcome she extended to me. I am eager to work with her, the staff and especially the students of St. Joan of Arc school in whatever way possible so that the rich heritage we have received will be the enduring legacy we hand on. May God bless us as we undertake this noble challenge.
