8TH GRADE GRADUATION DANCE
Published by Mrs. J. Connell (Tech) May 13th, 2008 in Announcements.Now that the Game of the Year is behind us (kudos to the committee for a great job and an enjoyable evening!), it’s time to turn our attention to the final big event for our 8th graders—the Graduation Dance.
The dance will take place on Saturday, May 31st, at 7 p.m. An invitation along with permission slips and more information will be coming shortly. In the meantime, if you have not yet returned your volunteer form please do so ASAP. You can find it on the blog or call one of us for more info. If we do not receive it, you will be assigned to a committee (there’s plenty of room on the clean up committee!).
The decorating committee is looking for the following items: 1. White Christmas lights (not icicle), 2. white rope lights, 3. Disco ball, 4. Ficus trees, 5. Bistro tables and chairs, 6. Small spotlights, 7. Round table (similar in size to the ones in the gym lobby), 8 Extension cords. We are also in need of a “crafty” person to help build an arch. Please let Ginnie know if you can help with any of these items.
