6th grade–we are reviewing complements Monday and testing on the chapter Tuesday.
7th grade–comparison and usage of modifiers will be covered this week.
8th grade–we are finishing the personal narrative and will move on to phrases.
Unit 8 vocabulary work is due Tuesday.
8th grade–We are continuing the in class narrative writing. This assignment is taken both as an English grade and is the Diocesan Assessment.
7th grade–Advertisements and persuasive writing is due Wednesday. We are now studying modifiers.
6th–quiz on Wednesday on complements. It’s a short chapter and we will be testing next week.

6th grade–we are spending the week reviewing the important chapter on verbs, adverbs, prepositions, conjunctions, and interjections. We will test on Thursday. This gives plenty of time for review at home–don’t forget the online text for interactive exercises.
