Quiz on the geography of Greece–10/29. homework read 238- 24l Define the importance of Pericles to Athens. Two differences of how Ancient Greece democracy is difference from the USA AND HOW the USA is difference from Ancient Greece.
Social Studies 7 Test on the causes of the American Revolution based on their notes and review sheet. Test given ON OCTOBER 28TH. Notes will be given on the American Revolution.
Social Studies 8 We will continue the study on Immigrants at the turn of the century. ON October 29th a quiz on the reasons immigrants were leaving their countries and what was drawing them to the USA. Introduce cities in the USA at the turn of the century. Assignment Read 642-645. Page 645 (1, a,b,c) Define these terms: mass transit, suburbs and department stores. Due Nov. 3. Pick a project due week 0f Nov. 11/10.
