I hope you had a wonderful restful four day weekend. The weather certainly cooperated.
I would like to welcome Mackenzie Flick to 2A. Mackenzie is from Galveston, Texas. We are excited to have her in our class and she seems excited to be here!
We are having our first Hands On Science this afternoon. Thank you to the parents who volunteered to present the lesson. It is such a valuable program.
We have been informed that the children will be interviewed by Mrs. Greyson and her staff before receiving the Sacrament of Reconciliation. Interviews will take place starting Dec. 2. The children must have their book completed by then and bring it with them to the interview. I will remind you closer to the date so that you will be sure to have the book on Reconciliation completed. And, as I mentioned at Back To School Night, Ms. Coduto and I are working along with you in our Religion classes to prepare the children for Reconciliation.
Next Friday, 2A will have a part in the Mass along with 8A. I will have your child let you know if they have a part in the Mass. All of you are invited to attend the Friday school Masses.
