English 8A at St. Joan of Arc School

Here we are at the beginning of the Third Trimester. So hard to believe that the school year is 2/3 over! The students have worked hard and their efforts are praiseworthy.

Grade 6–we will be reviewing adjective clauses. Quiz on Wednesday.

Grade 7–a quiz on participles will be on Wednesday.

Grade 8–quiz on participles and gerunds Wednesday.

The first Lit Log is due March 12. It will be in the form of a journal entry taking the persona of a main character in the book, reflecting on a situation or event. It should be at least 3/4 page typed, double spaced, attached to the Lit Log form.
