The trimester is winding down and everyone is working hard. Service hour sheets are due no later than Nov. 9. Please encourage your children to submit some hours each trimester. Happening this week: Picture retakes Monday, Oct. 29th. All Sts. Day event Wednesday, Oct. 31, 10:30 in the church. (This also happens to be jeans and sweatshirt day!! ) All Sts. Day Mass Thursday, Nov. 1, 10:00.
8th grade Algebra: Tuesday is fantasy football day!! Be ready to work on your graphs and start thinking of trades.
8-2 Monday we will be having a special math class with Mrs. Clark’s 4 Year old pre-school class. We will be sorting, counting, estimating and graphing M&Ms. This will be fun for all of us! It does not look like we will be having a test or quiz this week. Expect a ch. 10 quiz early next week.
8-3 There is a slight possibility of a Ch. 3 test on Friday. More than likely it will be early next week. Don’t worry, we will have a special class activity Mrs. Clark’s 4 yr. olds around Christmas.
7th grade:
7-2: Algebra
We will be finishing Ch. 3 by the end of the week, expect a test on Friday. Don’t worry, we will not have any homework on Halloween!
7-3: Pre-Algebra
We will be continuing our work with Rational Numbers. Expect a quiz this Friday on all operations (+, -, x, and division) with decimals and fractions. We will not have class on Thursday due to the 10:00 Mass.
6th graders: Save a piece of your Halloween candy for class on Wednesday. Make sure it is one that your parents will let you eat!!
6-2 (Blue Book)
Ch. 2 test Friday!! Use pgs. 138-140 as a study guide. We will use pg. 141 as a practice test.
6-1 (Purple Book)
Be ready for a Ch. 3 quiz on Tuesday. Part 2 of Ch. 3 is very short, so we may finish the chapter early next week. Ch. 3 test next Tuesday????
