Eighth Grade—The Adventures of Tom Sawyer—Students are enjoying Twains’ style of writing. Characterization is key in this novel.
Seventh Grade—Play adaptation of The Diary of Anne Frank—New roles will be assigned on Monday. Mr. Wind will do a power point presentation on his life in Holland.
Sixth Grade—Where the Red Fern Grows—The growing years of Billy and
his desire for the coon hounds has captivated our readers. The setting plays an important part for Billy.
All students will be assigned project choices as well as vocabulary/writing skills. I will post deadline dates soon.
