MRS. DONOVAN - 3B Happenings
Published by Mrs. Donovan (3B) March 20th, 2007 in Announcements.The end of the third quarter is here already! The children have worked very well and very hard these past few weeks. Please compliment them when you receive their report cards this Friday - March 23.
This week will bring many units to a close. In Religion we will finish our study of the sacraments and have the Chapter 18 test on Thursday. All reading groups have quizzes and are finishing their story by Friday so we can make a fresh start on April 2. The 3A students will come for Social Studies with me; 3B students will see Ms. Brown for Science after the break. We completed the Unit 6 English test on Monday. All students completed their Accelerated Reader goal. Book-It ends right after break. Math has everyone working hard with division. Whew! We have all earned some time to relax and celebrate. I hope you will all have a wonderful ‘Spring Break’.
We will celebrate Friday with Performing Arts in the morning and D.E.A.R. time (Drop Everything and Read) in the afternoon. Please remind your child to bring some good reading material to school.
