December News
Published by Mrs. Bradburn (2A) December 7th, 2006 in Announcements. It is so good to be back. Thank you for all your concern and good wishes while I was gone. I’m back, good as new and filled with the Christmas spirit.
The land form projects were great. The children really enjoyed doing them and sharing them with the class. I was sorry we couldn’t keep them in the room longer but with 37 children, 37 projects and all our snow gear, there just wasn’t enough room.
Now that winter is officially here, please be sure your child comes to school dressed for the weather. We do go outside everyday that the temperature is 20 degrees or above. If there is snow on the groung they need to bring their boots. They love playing in the snow and the crisp fresh air is so good for them.
Reconciliation was a special event. I was so proud of the second graders. They all seemed to be well prepared and they felt truly happy and filled with a special grace. Thank you for all you did with their preparation.
We are preparing our hearts for Jesus during this Advent season. What better way to do this than to receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation. We are truly blessed.
Have a wonderful winter weekend.
